I started my journey in 2010, on some running trails one morning. I usually just hit the gym as I had just previously been married,
I’ve since leaned out my running schedule after a marathon in March 2013, and incorporated more barre workouts and yoga. Its always a journey so here I am in hopes of inspiring you with the lastest and greatest…and cutest!
